Cancellation policy
All salon and spa services must be reserved with a credit card. These appointments have been especially reserved for you. If you feel the need and must cancel, please allow 24hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your services. No Shows will incur a charge of 100% of your services.
Salon and Spa Etiquette
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your salon or spa appointment as this time is used to discuss and prepare for your services. For your comfort and safety, as well as that for others, we ask that you please refrain from bringing children unless they are receiving services at that time.
